Top 5 Video Learning Resources From Tech Entrepreneurs

Video Learning Resources


I’m a learning geek and a fanatic consumer of educational material – especially the stuff from successful entrepreneurs.


Why? The best lessons are usually from folks who’re actually playing the game – and doing it well.


Below is a list of video resources that I religiously follow:


1. Foundation

Description: Hosted by Kevin Rose, Foundation is a video series wherein Kevin interviews influential founders, entrepreneurs and business leaders in the tech community.


2. eCorner at Stanford

Description: Imagine being enrolled in Stanford university and walking in a class where successful tech entrepreneurs are sharing their lessons and talking about their stories – this is the experience you’ll get at Stanford University’s Entrepreneurship Corner. They offer over 2000 free videos and podcasts, featuring entrepreneurs and thought leaders from Silicon Valley.


3. Mixergy

Description: Hosted by Andrew Warner, Mixergy is a show Andrew interviews other successful tech entrepreneurs and gets their story about how these guys build their business and what lessons his followers can learn from their experience.


I’m a premium member at Mixergy (highly recommended – it’s an absolute goldmine!)


4. Rise To The Top

Description: If you’re an information marketer, you’ll love this show. Kinda similar to Mixergy, David Siteman Garland interviews people who’re succeeding at building successful online businesses.


5. Startup School

Description: Startup School is an annual event organized by Y Combinator. Their past speakers include the likes of Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), Ben Silbermann (Pinterest) and Joel Spolsky (StackExchange). Check the two links – the content is awesome.
